Terms & Conditions

Please read through our clinic terms and conditions prior to making a booking. When booking and/or attending an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following clinic terms and conditions.

Your first contact with us:

Please provide us with your full contact details including address, telephone number and email address in order to secure an appointment. All information will be treated as confidential and are protected in accordance with the related legislation. We will not share your information with anybody without your written permission and you will not receive any unsolicited information from Rejené Clinic. Please refer to our Privacy and Cookies Statement for full details of how and why we keep your data.

Your first appointment with us:

  • To secure your appointment with us, a consultation charge should be made and is payable in advance, this initial payment is redeemable against the final cost of treatments undertaken within 30 days from the consultation but is strictly non-refundable in case of no show, late cancellation (48 hours or less), or late arrivals (30 minutes and more).
  • In case you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please give us adequate notice, as we operate a 48-hour appointment cancellation or rescheduling policy.
  • If you are undergoing a course of treatment sessions and fail to attend or do not provide us at least 48-hour notice of cancellation or re-scheduling, the cost of your treatment with us will not be refunded.
  • For new patients, the first appointment is usually for consultation and assessment purposes only, but in certain selected cases, treatment can be done on the same day.
  • Before having your treatment done, you will be required to sign a consent form in which you are confirming that you fully understand the benefits and risks of your treatment(s) and that you are acknowledging that no guarantee can be made with regard to clinical outcome. In addition, you will confirm that you fully agree with our terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
  • It is essential that you complete the medical questionnaire form at your first appointment; this is necessary to enable the consultation and treatment planning process. Please ensure that you provide us with full, accurate and current information regarding your health/medical status.
  • Telephone, Facetime or other on-line consultations are not our preferred option, however in certain cases, this service may be utilised; particularly for our patients from abroad. New patients, seeking advice from our doctor over the telephone, will require a diary appointment of 30 minutes. Patients must call the clinic at the time agreed. There is a non-refundable charge for that kind of service, and is payable in advance.

Appointments:

  • Please DO NOT attend the clinic if you are unwell; this includes flu, cold sores or skin infection. If you are unsure, please call and discuss it with our doctor before attending.
  • Please note that for safety and infection control reasons, children or companions are not allowed in the treatment room.
  • Review appointments are free of charge within a set period of time and only when required. Once the allocated review period has elapsed, any additional consultation, review, treatment or ‘top up’ will be chargeable at our normal rates.
  • You will be informed of the review period for your specific treatment at the time of that treatment.

Chaperone Attendance:

Rejené Clinic is committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment where patients and staff can be confident that best practice is being followed at all times and the safety of everyone is of paramount importance.

We recommend that all patients are seen at some point during the consultation process alone with our clinician, to ensure patients are free to express any concerns or worries in their own words and without fear of coercion or threat from any accompanying individual. However, all patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure where they feel one is required.

Regardless of gender of the patient or clinician, you will be offered the option of having an impartial observer (chaperone) present for any assessment, examination and /or treatment. A chaperone will:

  • Be sensitive and respect your dignity and confidentiality.
  • Reassure you in the event of distress or discomfort.
  • Be familiar with the procedures involved.
  • Stay for the whole assessment, consultation, examination and/or treatment and be able to see what the doctor is doing, if practical.
  • Be prepared to raise concerns if there are concerns about any behaviour or actions.

Our doctor may also require and request a chaperone to be present for certain consultations in accordance with our chaperone policy.
